Tom has served as the CEO of Bowmar Instrument Corporation, an American Stock Exchange company with a strong international presence. He previously served as Bowmar's Chief Financial Officer for over eight years. Tom thoroughly understands corporate governance and the sensitivities of working closely with an outside Board of Directors. He was responsible for the turnaround of a division that had been losing money through several years of declining sales.
Tom Lanin has raised capital via both debt and equity transactions and has restructured corporate balance sheets. As a financial executive at American Express' regional facility in Phoenix, Arizona his responsibilities involved operations in three states. He managed a multi-layer organization with 500 employees and a budget of over $100 million. Previous experience includes management positions in industries ranging from manufacture of microwave ovens to the manufacture of computer peripheral equipment to minerals extraction.
Tom holds an MBA from Wayne State University in Michigan and a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. He is also a former big-five CPA

Her wireless industry journey began in 1995 when she started researching this sector for possible investment and business opportunity. Since that time her numerous accomplishments have demonstrated that she is an invaluable team member. In 1997 she established a U.K. affiliate company that has been used for recruitments and is poised for future European projects. She has managed the recruitment process, employee relations, and played a major role in the resolution of all corporate management issues. Company cash flow has been maintained during the early start-up years through Ms. Spector's insight into client relations, her development of communications channels with client billing representatives, and her ability to mitigate billing issues.

Justin's many accomplishments include:

- Achieving the company approved vendor status with Alltel Communications, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, and Sprint PCS.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honours in Computer Electronics and Robotics, and a Master of Science (Engineering) degree in Microelectronic Systems and Telecommunications, from the University of Liverpool, U.K.
